~~they are interchangeable with each other so yes you can substitute the veg. oil with the corn oil~~

Yes, corn oil is a vegetable oil. It may be a healthier choice to use a quality olive oil. Corn oil and most vegetables oils have high levels of dangerous trans fats. Best wishes.

KB's right. Corn oil is a vegetable oil, since corn is like, a vegetable. ;) And it won't matter at all to your brownies, they'll be happy with the corn oil.

yes, you can certainly substitute corn oil for vegetable oil. It really won't make a difference. Corn oil is a better oil for frying things in - generally.

The answer is: Corn oil is considered a vevetable oil, and should work just fine with brownies.

the difference between corn oil and vegatable oil is that they were both made out of vegatables and corn oil is just strickly corn oil . both work the same .

well if corn is a vegetable than i would go on ahead. i use canola oil in everything. it just helps not to stick. you can even use peanut oil.
