i have the same problem. the first thing you have to do is find someone to talk to like a parent or counsiler. they will help you find the reson why you have the problem in the first place. you can start of with eating more often then you body will get used to the new amount of food you eat. or if you dont like to eat alot ( like me) you can eat food with more calories. i used to be bulicmic and i now alot about counting calories and stuff. good luck with your problem. youll soon find out your eating disorder wasnt as hard to treat as you thought.

The Eating Disorders Association website (link below) is a really good resource - to find specialists just go to the site, click on "Getting Help" and put London into the search engine. There's quite a long list of NHS and Private resources on there.

I really hope you get the help you need. Ignore the insensitive idiots that have put up thoughtless answers on here, you're doing the best thing in seeking some help.
