That's the most innocent and naive thing I've ever heard anyone ask. Awww. Look into Charlotte, NC. They have a lot of great suburbs, and milder weather than most. They also tend to avoid the hurricanes. Can't promise anything about the crime though, I haven't looked into that.

Doesn't exist. Bad weather and crime happens everywhere, there are places however that may have *less* crime or *less* bad weather.......
