8 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour

Yes, EASY! Get a few ripe peaches --cut them up and have about 4cups. (You can add blueberries, blackberries or whatever to it also)

Put the peaches in a saucepan, add 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Let it get bubbly.

Take bubble mass of peaches and put in 8X8X2 baking dish.
Make a topping with 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 egg and 3 tablespoons milk. Mash this together and slop it on top in about 6-7 heaps on the fruit.

Put it in oven 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve it hot with icecream on top if you like. Yum!
