that is poor how undesirable "tagging" has were given regrettably sometimes exceptionally way up on water towers and with what looks as purely executed with hours upon hours of only about imaginitive Spray portray through gangs,, it has gotten so out of control, and those mom and father of lots of the youngsters will under no circumstances do some thing, exceptionally those that are in gangs, i imagine that's a prerequisite for the gangs to mark there territory, that is ridiculous, all i'm affirming is that that's a uncommon case that those youthful ones were given stuck and are doing the right component, yet that lady is sweet, If that DID ensue the following in u . s . a . with the right youthful ones @ the right time the mum and father will be fined, Spray Paint won't be able to be washed off, and how would you climb up on a huge water tower? that is terrible, they opt to placed spray paint back and locked up, similar to the sudafed, to provide up crystal meth!!

I think that if they're old enough to commit the crime of murder, then they should be able to get the death sentence. Of course, you do need to make sure they knew what they were doing was wrong before giving them that sentence.

Depends on how old they are, and their understanding of murder. Some kids are young enough(5, 6 , even as old as 10) that they think if you die, like on T.V. you just come back next week somewhere else. Others are old enough to know it is wrong and permanent. If it is determined they are old enough to understand this, and meant to kill the person, then yes.

I work in a juvenile detention center and i get a yes from all 4 of my co-workers. Since they are old enough to kill they are old enough to get death. So add 4 votes to your yes box.

Depends on the circumstances involved. First I'd like to see people like that women who drowned her kids be put to death.

Also depends on circumstance of crime.
