Oh, yeah, there are laws. Paternity laws, support laws, etc. Do you have to stay with her? No. Do you have to pay? YES. You'll pay money, money, and more money until the child is at least 18 and probably until the child gets out of college. You could be ordered by the court to pay longer if the child has a physical or mental problem. What happens if you don't pay? Social services or the government will garnish your wages, your tax refunds, make seize anything you own to support your child. (and they WILL get the DNA evidence to prove you are the father). So you got no problems except you don't know how to keep your equipment in your pants and you don't know how to respect girls.

No you don't have to marry or shack up with her or anything but you do have to step up to the plate and pay child support. If you don't feel like you are cut out for fatherhood then you don't necessarily have to be in the child's life, although it would be nice. There are many mothers out there who made the mistake of getting knocked up and decided to put the kid up for adoption because they did not feel up to the task of raising a child. When becoming a parent outside of marriage the mother is given more rights than the dad because as soon as that child is born she is automatically responsible. The dad on the other hand is not responsible until he is identified as the child's father or he confesses to being the child's father. If mom takes responsibility for the child and doesn't decide to put the child up for adoption then the second parent is responsible for additional support as well. If mom gives the child up for adoption, decides to abort etc then the secondary parent is off the hook so to speak. This works in reverse as well. If mom has the baby and wants to give it up but dad steps in then she would have to pay. You may not end up raising the kid but if she decides to put on her mommy cap you will pay!

No except she has yet another unfertilized egg that became left interior the tube from the final ovulation. Very uncommon although. women can not get pregnant back on an identical time as pregnant although. besides the undeniable fact that in case you heard of fraternal twins its available to take place that way. good success.

No, you don't have to stay with her and you don't have to be a part of the child's life (though you should). There is a law however that says you have to pay child support. Don't be a looser, grow up, be a real man, and take care of your responsibility's!

No, their are no laws which state that you must remain a couple, but you are financally responsible for child support until the "rugrat" is 18 years of age. Hope you got a job.

no law except your own conscience, which for you means you are completely lawless then. If she's pregnant from you, you don't ditch her and leave her to struggle on her own. You're in the mess too, and if you can't grow up and mature enough to care about that then you should go back to kindergarten
