There is no guarantee that he will ever warm up to you. The first thing you must do is assess why he really hates you, even though you say that you don't know why. Even if you cannot figure this out, do the gentlemanlike thing: go ahead and ask his permission. Seek permission, first, to go over to his house one day. Then, get yourself and him alone together, and start off with some general small talk about his beliefs/family and stuff, and talk a little about yourself and your family. Then, go ahead and just say something to the effect of "sir, i would really like to ask your permission to date your daughter." See what he says. At this point, your reaction will have to be based on his answer, and your own personality.

Okay, this sounds kind of like the type of father that I have, he doesn't want his daughter dating any guy, he just wants her to be his own little princess forever, but what he really needs to do is let his daughter grow up and make her own decisions. I think that you should try taling to her father and ask him the kind of person that he would like his daughter dating.

Always respect her father and never dis respect her.Be family orientated with her family and talk to him.If at first he doesn't seem to be nice to you just keep on trying to have a relationship with him and eventually he will open his heart up to you and accept you and he will see you really want to to good by his daughter.Good luck and stay strong.

just take your pants off for him, show him there is nothing to hurt his daughter. Once he see's and laff's his azz off. things will be cool.
