he will not stop lying about me and making up stuff. he is also too cocky for his own good. i seriously want to kill him, but that's a little illegal. he also cusses a lot and calls me stupid and fat.help!

You little bother is going through a phase where he is trying to establish his own personality. He is succeeding when he gets you upset and angry. Your best response would be to smile sweetly, thank him for the compliment, and move on. Both doing that and ignoring him will take the wind out of his sails.
It don't do no good to try to retailiate as then he knows he is winning.

My brother use to call me fat and stupid until i told him how i felt, you're brother is younger than you, i don't how much younger, little kids are snobs. Brothers seriously don't understand how little things like "wow, you're ugly" how much that really can affect a girl. If you try asking him to stop and act serious and mature about it, i'm sure he'd stop. If he doesn't talk to you're parents. Express how you feel, If you're pissed tell him broken hearts are often caused by unspoken words.
