its worse because you are tricking your body into believing it is diet and you wont lose wieght...they just add a diet to it and it sells...people want to belive it...don trick your body....it might even shut your body down....your body could reject it....DONT DRINK DIET ___________......hope it helps!

My concerns is with calories - as much soda I drink, all I can say is thank good ness for diet soda. Calorie free - wonder about all the sodium though...

They are bad because they are more synthetic but it is true they are less caloric. At the end, if you want to have a soda once in a while go drink it but it is always better to drink water....

"Diet" doesn't mean healthy, just means low-or-no calorie. So no, it's not deceiving.
