My observation has been that "girls" prefer looks, and "women" prefer personality.

Girls prefer a combination of them both. Looks can only go so far, and you can't look at personality.

I personally like personality best. Looks don't matter in the least bit to me, even if a guy looked like a pug dog but had an amazing personality, I would date him. Beauty comes from within.

They want the money, then personality, then looks.
If you only have the looks you'll get alot of meaningless sex. Just the personality you'll get lots of female friends and some hot passionate sex. Both, you'll get more than you can handle. Just the money and you'll get lots of sex and lots of friends who will last as long as the money does. But now if you have all three then the world is at your feet.

A combination of both. Although having more of one then the other can makeup for having less on one end. Like if your looks are OK but your personality is cool as hell, you'll balance out. But you definitely need both.

A guy wouldn't have to be hot for me to like him, but he'd have to be cute in a goofy sort of way! I mean, people may say personality, but when seeing the guy for the first time, their personality isn't what u see.
