Margarita Argúas was not only the first but apparently the only ever. But not in Guatemala in Argentina, from 1970 - 1973. Can't find anything on the first female judge in Guatemala, but did find one article saying that Guatemala currently has about 500 justice of the peace and of those 17% are women.
