OK it is very important to learn how your body works in all ways including sexually. Spend some time with yourself. If you are very young your body may not be mature enough to feel as full a sensation as an adult. Be patient and don't expect too much too soon. Start slow and remember that everybody masturbates. Why would he tell you that? If you have him why would you need to masturbate unless he is not man enough to take care of the job. Just touch yourself until it starts to feel good to ya. If you are not comfortable don't do it.
