Split the salsa in half by taking some of your salsa out of the bowl and add more tomatillos. It may be too late, but can you pick any of the seeds from the jalapenos out of the salsa. It's the seeds that make the jalapenos hot. You can send it my way. I'll eat it.

Add more of the other stuff to dilute the hotness. Of course you will end up with a lot more of the whole thing, but that's the way the mop flops. I've done this with chili that I overdid the hot, so I added more of all the other ingredients and made more of it and it worked just fine.
When I am mixing up mortar if I make a mistake and add too much water do I throw it out? No. I just add more of the mortar mix until it gets to the right consistency. If you are taking a bath and the water in the tub is too hot, do you drain it all out? No, you just add a little more cold water. Same idea.

Add lime! It will give it a delicious citrus kick as well as cool down your salsa. Adding tomato will ruin your salsa verde - making it more of a hybrid pico de gallo salsa verde thing. Try the lime instead.

NOT more tomatoes, but make more of the whole recipe, minus the peppers, then add it to the original. You will have a larger quantity, ut it will be diluted. Don't just add more tomatoes, or more water - you will change the character of the salsa, and it may then, no longer be salsa.

Add more of everything but the jalapenos. Add some onion and tomato chunks and more cilantro. It's a way to dillute it besides adding water. DON'T add water. I will just take away flavor.

Try throwing some black olives in the salsa. Give them a little while to absorb the pepper and discard them.

ADD salt and lemon juice. It will cut out some of the spice and add a great flavor.
