thers this girl i like. im in grade 12, shes in gr 10. we have made direct eye contant a few times. but i have never talked to her, dun even kno her name, but she is asian and i think she has only been new for 2 yeas MAX. anyways how can i start to talk to her??
today i was walking wit my friend just a few steps behind her, after school until, but she turned to her home, what should i have said since she was so close to me and alone???!!

the first 2 advice was SH!T. this girl dresses high class, really fancy and has class! shes not some dumb small girl.

Sweetie, as I advised my two sons when in similar circumstances, Your are 18 or going on 18, she is 16 or so. 16 will get you 20... years in jail that is!!! My sons are so glad they took my advice after seeing a few of their friends arrested because they had a fight and broke up and the girl's parents filed statutory rape and molesting minor charges against them. That gets you on a list that when you are in your twenties will be hard to explain to perspective employers or the gal you want to spend your life with. It doesn't give details and people always presume the worst... that you were messing with some six year old.
So not worth it. Find yourself a nice 18 or 19 year old to cozy up to.

It may sound rediculously stupid and cliché, but just say hey! If she says hey back you are good to go, talk about stuff, maybe something you don't like on tv, or do like, a lovely or horrible teacher, anything. If it clicks you're fine, if it doesn't it is easier to get over it once you've tried.
Oh, and on the statuary rape response: I didn't really think about that, since in holland there is no problem once both are over sixteen, and as long as the age difference isn't too great I can't imagine people being convicted as long as the older person doesn't use force.
All in all I'd just say go for it, enjoy it if it works, or use the experience for the next time you fall head over heels for someone. You get better at talking to someone you like. And remember that girls can be great to hang out with without having a relationship.

There are many things you can do actually. (1) Make a point to walk home at the same time and just say hi or start with a compliment about her article of clothing (2) Make a point to stand behind her during lunch line or something and start talking to her by saying something like "hey, I think I see you walking home all the time. My name is... What's yours? Do you have any of the same classes? Do you know if she speaks any other language besides English? Is she into anime's? If you're too chicken to just start talking to her, you'll have to do more homework about her. But, no girl is nnapprochable if the method is right. Good luck!
