why am i shy?

i am 15 and i am a fresman and i am so shy it isnt even funny i can do any thing i am crazy like in sports and stuff and being funny but when it comes to girls i just fall apart so how do i stop being shy

hang around girls more and as more time passes you will be less shy . shyness usually disapears as you get older

When you're out doing sports you can express better because people aren't focused on you, their more concentrated on the game. So that could be why you feel more comfortable. Learning to be less shy is a hard lesson to understand, you're trying to hard to stop being yourself to get a girl, if being shy is who you are then that's how you should act, it would just be to weird for you to all the sudden change. Let girls come to you, i'm sure you're a great guy.

i am the same way well im a girl and im 14 turning 15 in sept. but anyways...i have no idea why i am to, but i start talking to them then i become comfortable being around them, then i clown with them and talk to the opposite sex and its all cool...you just have to start talking and come out of it or like my friends introduce me to them and they start talking to me ...tell your friends or they prolly already know that you are like that and they will introduce you, if you have caring and friendly friends like me they prolly already do it.....but you will come out of it though, im kinda starting to come out, not all there though..hehe!hope i helped you!..lol..byes
