it depends on what is being screened, if its a drug test, they prolly wont check for that, but there is our DNA in our urine and of course they can tell from our DNA.

sorry the answer is both yes and no

- yes in that urine contains hormone metabolites and as male and females differ in the concentrations of these hormones it is possible to determine which is likley to be female

- yes if the female is pregnant as a hormone present in the urine reflects this and this hormone should only be in pregnant women

no - in that if males and females take drugs that are either hormonal (like anabolic steroids) or drugs that alter hormones this difference might become quite blurred

They will most definately be able to tell. You, my dear, are wrong. Women have more estrogen in their systems than men do, and like everything else in our bodies, it leaves the body through the urine. To counter that, men have more testosterone in their systems than we have.
So, he's right. Sorry

Wouldn't think you could tell the difference unless you was preganent. I have seen people do just what you said and passed a drug test.

The answer is Yes.

Our laboratory is able to analyze forensic samples to determine whether human biological material is present. If human biological material is present, we can determine whether the sample originated from one individual or more than one individual. Furthermore, we can determine the sex of the individual and we can even match the sample to an individual in question.
