The people who make the best impression on me tend to be the ones that don't feel as if they need to discuss their religion with me. Most of the people that impress me, can get their point across intelligently without having to use mythology, or mysticism to convince me.

I don't know if the Christians who have impressed me have done so because they live like Christians say Christians should live. But one lady does come to mind when I think about you're question. She was a counselor at a "planned-parenting" clinic here in Texas. Although an hour and a half was a long time to sit and listen to someone tell you how you should become a what they are because it's the only way to salvation, I was moved not by what she said, but by the fact that her faith and convictions were so strong. I could see that she really believed what she was talking about and that she had a relationship with, and a place in her heart for, her god.

I've met a few. Most, though, have acted in one way or another that made me think, "Well, they obviously don't hold much respect for their religion if they're doing THAT!"
For example, there's a girl I work with who is very obsessed with sex, is not a virgin, and yet is always spouting out the random statements like, "Praise Jesus!" and such things. I thought that Christians valued chastity and such, but she very obviously revels in the physical.

No, it did not provide up the apostles (Acts 5:27-30) and the preaching artwork has spread to over 230 lands. this may be no longer available if persecution and hostility had a real preventing result. in truth Jesus prophesied in Matthew 24:14 that the preaching artwork would ensue and the top would come so all of us keep in mind that it's going to proceed till Jehovah God brings it to an in intensity. when you consider that Bible prophesies are as sturdy as executed then we are effective that it will be no longer available for it to provide up. i do not take it too in my opinion, it isn't myself some all of us is rejecting (they're superb at the same time as they see me as a postman) besides the indisputable fact that that's when I carry the call of Jehovah that folk will be antagonistic. i'm more desirable proud to be one in each of Jehovah's Witnesses than a postman.

Yeah, I'd say it's about a one in ten thing. My wife actually had a really good Christian friend for a long time, but the way we lived our lives ended up getting to him. He held out for an eternity, but after years, he just couldn't resist getting us to consider our "ways."

Yes my grandmother. She had total unconditional love for me without judgments despite being a devout Christian. She stayed true to the meaning of Love of All and did not let any fear-based preaching go to her head. This was a woman who never ever told me what to believe in, what is wrong, who to love, etc.

Yes. She was a hardcore Christian but she started questioning her religion and her beliefs. She was seeking truth whether it be from God, logic, or a mix of both, which seemed pretty impressive to me since most hardcore Christians are very adamant about their thoughts.

Yes, some of my very dearest friends are christian...christians that go to church regularly and are genuinely good and nice people. It is true what others said though, it is a rarity...sadly.
And, I am very non-religious...I like to say I am non-denominational when asked...lol

I saw this documentary on t.v. about this christian couple who would travel around Africa helping out starving families and such. They would cook a bunch of food and serve it to starving people. Along the way, they would preach to them about God and having faith, but I think their main focus was helping them out.
