Double major in the two fields that are most interesting to you...and choose a minor...that way you don't have to just choose one topic...take a lot of classes...until you find what suits you best...just don't waste you time...if you know what you like go for it...you can always change careers, but you want to get out of school so that you are not there for 10 years wasting time trying to figure out what you want to do...you can specialize after you get your first degree...

Well I'm just going off on what you said in your question. But since you mentioned ten billion things! I'll just go from least likely to most probable. What you see in CSI is very dramaticized so once you get to an actual lab you'll probably hate it (since you don't mention being a science geek). Real forensic labs don’t have the technology of the show, and it’s very slow and tedious. Not to glamorous.
If you are into writing your own programs on different platforms (java, c++ and what not) or using the computer for anything besides the internet and games then you might consider it an option. You didn’t mention anything about it so I'd have to say nope. :)
If you find your self sketching new outfits and making them later that week then that should be a sure thing for you.
Interior design is another thing that can apply to many people that are into fashion or just design. In other words the artistic type.
Now for cooking that could very much be one of your strong holds, if you cook every day and truly try to expand your palate by eating at different restaurants and trying to create a different twist to it at home.
You should go see the career counselor in your campus; some of them are really lame but ask them to give you tests about your preferences and talents. That might help you have a better decision. Also another thing to help you decide is to visit a particular type of job and see if you could like doing it for the rest of your life!

Good luck!!

First off, don't be too hard on yourself. 20 is still young, and there are many way older adults who still haven't figured out what they want to do. There'll be people who push you for an answer because lots of people think that you should know by now.

Concentrate on getting your general ed requirements out of the way, and noodle on this: what do you like to do that energizes you? That motivates you to get up earlier than usual because you love doing it so much and can't wait to get to it?

In my opinion, too many people follow the money instead of their passion, and years later discover they're miserable. Life is much more than a paycheck.

You can ask your close friends what they see you getting excited about ( a lot of times we're blind to this). Ask them what they think your passion is--and don't just ask a couple, ask as many as possible..And ask them what they think your gifts are.

Remember this: You are not stuck in the decision you make today or this year. But do decide on something interesting and follow through, because NOT deciding is a decision.

Hope this helps.

You don't have to major in anything. Most universities have a counselor for 'undecided' students. You can take core classes until you decide what areas you like most. I was ‘undecided’ my first couple of quarters until I got a bad physics teacher and evil English teacher that scared me away from those areas. I was good at math but my counselor suggested an additional major to tie it with since I didn’t want to teach. She suggested CIS for a double major. As suggested by my counselor, I eventually decided to go with the area projected to have the most jobs available my predicted graduation year, CIS. I got a job before I graduated and added a double in business just in case computers go away someday. lol

What about architecture (computers/ design)? Or a pastry chef (fashion/cooking)? Anything you do, try to stick to it for a while, it's better to spend a few years deciding what you DON'T want to do, then to spend the rest of your life stuck doing one thing you HATE. :) When all else fails, try medicine....a physician assistant is a master's degree that only takes two years after a Bachellor's.
