I do not agree with keeping cats outside, especially if they have been kept indoors, the poor little thing is probably frightened to death.
If he is not fixed, get him fixed it might help. Or call a trainer or behaviorist.
Please take him back inside.

I understand not wanting a cat peeing in your bed.
Is the cat really mentally retarded or did your husband give up on training her. You might want a cat behaviorist to take a look at her, and see if the situation can be salvaged. If she cannot be trained to pee in a litter box then it's outside she goes. You could make a kitty run for her so she is safe and make sure she gets attention every day. Either that or have her put to sleep. Yes I know that sounds cruel, but if she is stuck outside by herself with no attention, that is crueler.

Do you have a litter box for your cat? To stop makeing the cat go evrywere show it its liter box from time to time. Then aventulay the cat won't go evrywere. I think you should love the cat because cats don't think like pepole. Just give the cat a chance. Even though my cat can be a pain in the a** I still love him. The mistakes your cat makes migth be bad, but sometimes cats don't know thire doing anything wrong. If you give the cat a chance you migth grow to love it. And it will love you if you love it! No avence but geting mad at your cat for a little problem is really stupited! I would expect more from someone who is married!

Ok listen, I had the same problem, except it was a dog, what you can do is make a little house for the cat outside, that way it'll have shelter, or find an expert on how to potty train the cat. Um.. the tips sounds like for a dog right?

Grow up.
Your cat is experiencing a change in its surroundings and is behaving the way many cats will - marking behavior. You need to learn how to change this cats behavior not just throw it outside where it may not be able to cope - if it is used to being an indoor cat.
Yes, someone in your house is mentally retarded.
