Is there a minimum age to be cigarette rolling papers in Wisconsin? I am from Texas, and I know that at home you can buy them at any age - how 'bout up here?

There is an age limit for RP, generally the glue sticks to itself after 3 years, assuming that it is kept in a dry, non humid environment. Otherwise the termites will get to it first.

I am not sure about Wisconsin, but here in NC you must be 18 to buy anything that is related to tobacco, including rolling papers, lighters and even matches that they give out free! Which is good I guess. Sorry could give no info on Wisconsin!!!!!

I think u have to be 18 to buy rolling papers, cuz they are for cigarettes.

you can buy them at any age...if they put a minimun age on those, they'd have to on matches,lighters, etc.
