Home-Made, Mac N Cheese! With Sharp Cheddar, milk and macaroni !! But, my all time Favorite is: Pasta Salad!! Spaghetti noodles, not Spaghettini, either! You can boil it !!! Then, instead of just draining it for hot meals, you toss the whole pot into a strainer, pour cold water over it, and with clean hands toss your fingers in throughout the past until all of it, is cold.. Place in a nice serving Bowl. Add any kind of vegetables, in it. I like it with green onion, tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers, yellow, green & red bellpepper, everything diced really small!! Then, add your Zesty Italian dressing !!! And enjoy! Oh keep refrigerated, until your ready to serve, in a tightly sealed container!! Trust me this recipe will be one of those at a "Pot-luck" that'll be gone, when you go, to leave!! You can top it off with some fresh Parmesan Cheese, or good canned Parmesan Cheese! Just for added flavor!! YUMMO!

I thought I had good antipasta till I read Recons answer. the dressing is my favorite.

pepperoni or salami, marinated artichoke hearts, marinated sweet peppers and also hot ones...bowtie pasta,cherry tomatoes, either strips of really good Parmesan or feta cheese chickpeas and a small can of green beans. And this dressing:
Mix in a jar:
6 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. sugar
little salt and lots of black pepper...shake and pour over salad. Really good.

Stuffed cherry peppers, hands down. There are two kinds I know of:
1) stuffed with prosicutto and provolone
2) stuffed with a delicious bread stuffing

Rotelli pasta with vinegar, feta cheese and shredded carrots. I don't care about the olives but others do
