It would depend on how comfortable you are with people knowing this type of information about you. I am HIV positive and have been so for the last 13 years. I do not mind anyone knowing, and I have had some people to react very badly towards me. No violence, however (thank God). This would also depend on your own self esteem and hhow you see yourself.

i'm not sure why you need to know. but seeing as your over there and i don't have to worry bout you i'll tell you. yes i have hiv for over ten years and it's nice to know that the people important to me are with me. i've been by more than one bedside in their moment of need. some died from cancer some from aids and it's all the same in those final hours of life.

No. I got tested about 2 months ago. Everyone should though and get there partners tested as well.
