What do you think of Fernet Branca?

To me it tastes like cough syrup, from the nasty kind. Bitter like hell! WHat do take it with -coke only?

The best thing to drink with Fernet is Ginger ale. It cuts the acrid taste and leaves a good feeling going down.

It's technically a digestif, so it's not supposed to taste that good, but supposed to aid with digestion.

I personally love it...but only after I've been drinking for a while ;-)

fernet branca is an appertif that stimulates the appatite. Its a good thing to drink right before a big meal. Its normally served straight or chilled. It is a fortified wine. I personally dont like the taste so when I think of fernet branca I think about the facts not the flavor.
