I'm most interested in taking an ongoing course, or series of classes, that breaks down different wines - by type, region, etc., as well as learning the wine-making process, history, complimentary foods. Of course, I'm interested in getting recs for one off classes as well. Any suggestions?

Go over to the other side of the Bay and check out the Napa Valley. There are dozens of courses going on there. And it's a super neat little place.
