Me too. Just knowing your not alone would help :P Having support from family and friends would also help. Also knowing in the end that you'll be alright, just have your values close to you. Also, don't try to get overwhelmed when you are. Always make sure you have time to think things through and with GOD there too.
Plus I was told to handle things one at a time and make sure that you're okay if the things you want don't happen, just don't loose hope for the future. If it's really bothering you talk about it or write it in a journal, that's what I've been told.

Recreational Drugs! BUT if you're not into that sort of thing, realize that this is the time in your life when you will be stressed no matter what. It's normal. When it interferes with your life, relationships, and continues on and on and on, then it's time for change. Realize that everyone's limits are different, and you are the only person who knows those limits. This is YOUR life. Don't waste it worrying, don't waste it doing what everyone else wants you to do. When I get stressed when things don't go the way I planned, I remember John Candy in Trains, Planes and Automobiles. I remember he said something about going with the flow....there's no way to control everything, and it makes life VERY hard to swim against the current. Don't resist life, just go with it. Find that even when things don't go YOUR way, it does GO, and it goes fast. Embrace and appreciate your life, and don't you dare ever compare your life to anyone elses. Like i said, only YOU know YOU.

I play this game where I pretend everyday is just another episode in a cheesy sitcom, with recorded laugh track and all. I try to watch myself from the side and laugh at everything, see how trivial it is, and then, by the next day, forget about all the negativity.
I mean, in Friends, they never remember anything insulting or upsetting they did in the episode before...

The most important thing to do is things in your past that bother you, remember that you built those virtues when you were still a child. Now, you are entering the real world, about to take on a completely new challenge in life. Time to create a new grown up sense of virtues, and look back on what you thought was important when you were younger and laugh about it. For example, I cared about virginity for the longest time. Scoff...

Its not good to forget, just think about your past and use your past to make yourself a better person, your past makes you.
Talk to someone that you know will listen, it WILL help, dont bottle things up. Think why you keep thinking about the things you think about and why the weigh heavy on your mind. dont forget, address them, confront them, a good saying,
dont think about your past or the future, becouse then you loose what you have at the moment, LIVE FOR THE MOMENT
take care of urself PEACE xx

I learned to deep breathing exercises, for my anxiety problems. Lie down on your back. Put a hand on your diaphragm. When you are breathing in, feel your stomach going up. Hold it for a couple of seconds. Then let your breath out, and feel your stomach going in. Just strictly concentrate on it going up and down. It should really help. It did for me.
