You're incorrect. When linguists used the word "rich" to describe a language, they mean that it has a large number of words. English has the largest number of words of any language in the world, due in part to its extensive borrowing, and therefore it is considered the "richest" language in the world.
However, the fact that English has more words in it than any other language does not necessarily mean it has a richer history of literature or literary tradition. Arabic is indeed a rich language in terms of its poetic traditions. However, you would be hard pressed to say that English has a poorer literary tradition than Arabic does. Both languages are immeasurably rich when it comes to the number and types of works that have been written in each language.

I really don't understand what point you are trying to make. Who cares if one language is richer or poorer than another. Language is a means of communication and the language used most to communicate between different peoples today around the world is English. I don't know many people in South America using Arabic today to communicate compared to English and I really never hear of Africans trying to communicate with Japanese or Chinese in Arabic. They ususally use English if they don't know each others language. The laguage of the worlds airlines is English, not Arabic. The language of the Internet around the world in more English than any Arabic. So, I state again, What's your point?

WELL, technically, if english is poorer than arabic, arabic itself is poor to begin with. you might try mastering the language before attacking it.
i'm curious as to why you find arabic to be "rich," however. do you think it's more poetic? easier or more difficult to master? more representative of the complexity of thoughts we attempt to convey through words? are you more enamoured with the written or spoken form? really, there's a lot to consider here.

That is a lie because English is the most wide-spoken language around the world and Arabic is only useful in the Mideast and some of Africa, so your point makes no sense.

I speak both Languages. They both are rich but Arabic grammar is much deeper, and detailed. In one word you can convey a lot of information in arabic. lets take the word (teacher). In arabic is (mudarris)
a male teacher is (mudarris), 2 male teacher is (mudarrisan or mudarrisain), 3 or more teacher is (mudarrisen or mudarrisun). a female teacher is (mudarrisah), 2 female teacher is (mudarrisatan or mudarrisatain), 3 or more is (mudarrisat). In english it is only teacher and teachers.

Why are you using English? Aren't you saying you're poor by using english? You shouldn't have learned english, even though it's a trade language.
