some times i have lots of stress for my studing and grades.and my stomach become so painfull then i feel i can not breath good. how can i stop this stress?

You need to worry less, and study MORE, you're stressed for some reason, are you having difficulties with the courses you are taking?
Try concentrating on 'learning to LEARN' instead of worrying about the specific details of each course and subject, you will find that you will automatically absorb them much more easily once you 'learn to LEARN'. Try remembering that 'learning' is a natural process, just start eating up the material without trying to be an instantaneous high-achiever. You will be surprised at how much better you CAN do.

That being said, some people are stressed all the time anyway, certain things bring it out, maybe you're one of those. You might already have a 'worry ulcer' that is aggravated by stress, so see your doctor anyway just in case, meantime don't worry about it.

Stop studying for a while.... Don't hurt yourself. No matter what you are studying for, don't stress yourself out to the point of physical pain.

You need to find something you enjoy that can help take your mind off your stress. Music, drawing, nature walk...anything that'll give you time to relax and unwind a bit.
