Stuffed Peppers:
You will need:
About 1 pound Ground Beef
1 medium onion
4 large green peppers.
Seasonings to taste (garlic, grill seasoning, hot sauce, etc.)
Take the top 1/3 off of each pepper. Clean them inside and out.
Put aside the bottom 2/3 pieces (leave them whole). Dice the tops of the peppers and the onion. Add the diced peppers and onions to the ground beef. Mix well. Add your personal taste options and mix again. Divide the mixture into four equal amounts and carefully fill each pepper. Place into a casserole dish standing, or wrap with aluminum foil and place on the grill (or in the oven). In the oven bake at about 375 for about 30 minutes (35 if wrapped in aluminum). On the grill try 30 minutes to start. Check the largest pepper for done-ness of the meat. Adjust cooking time as needed.

Stir fry loose burger with onions and fresh mushrooms if available, add salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder, then drain the fat, then mix it in with a large jar of Ragu traditional spaghetti sauce, cover and simmer on low while the spaghetti noodles are boiling, 12-18 minutes per pound, and if you have fresh spinach it makes a great side dish with the spaghetti and meat sauce, the entire meal should only take about 45 minutes to complete. Serve with garlic bread if available:)

someone sent me this yum.
Breaded Meatballs
Ingredients:
3 slices bread (torn or cut into pieces)
1 cup milk
1 lb hamburger
2 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
Onion or onion flakes (to taste)
Cream of chicken soup
Directions:
Tear or cut the bread into pieces.
Mix with milk to let the bread absorb the milk.
Add hamburger, eggs, salt, pepper, and onion to the bread and mix well.
Shape into 1-1½" balls and then roll in flour.
Brown in bacon fat or oil.
Place in 9x13 pan and pour cream of chicken soup (that has been mixed with 1/4 - 1/2 can of water) over top of meatballs.
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 min. (at least - maybe an hour)
Just make sure the meatballs are cooked all the way through

Cook the ground beef thouroughly.
Meanwhile boil a few potatoes.
To the ground beef, add a can of mushroom soup. Do not add water.
Carefully stir in a can of drained green beans, or sweet corn, if you prefer.
Mash the potatoes, add whatever seasoning you like.
Put a thick layer of potatoes on a plate.
Top it off with a generous heap of the beef/green bean mixture.
Loosen your belt 'cause yer gonna want seconds.

brown the ground beef - mixe with baked beans, or canned beans. Easy, simple.
for a nice variation, try mixing it with a small quantity of breakfast syrup or honey.

if you have velvetta macaroni and cheese, or even kraft macaroni and cheese, make the mac and cheese and seperately brown the ground beef. when the macarani and cheese is done and the beef is browned, mix them together for some beefy mac and cheese
