The correct answer would be A.
a chambermaid, a charlady and a book-keeper all clean-up!
To clean-up also means to make a large profit.

Good poser, took me a while to figure this one out.

I think 'A' is the odd one out.

In all other instances the person making the call had the same number of letters in their name as the person they were calling.
