i barely ever smoke it but last weekend i did now tomorrow i have to take a test and i'm freaking out,and i dont know anyone with clean urine,please help,any suggestions

become friends with cranberry tablets, water lots of water if you are thin it wont take long also drink green herbal tea that helps also good luck! Dont pay attention to those other people, you can clean yourself out by drinking alot of water BELIEVE ME especially if you dont smoke often, even if you do it still works, take about ten cranberry tabs and drink drink drink. You want to be able to go pee several times before the test, and make sure your pee is clear, not yellow.

Most answers are of the assumption that, "well, if you don't do anything wrong., why worry? " This is just one case of an invasion of privacy. What people do on their own time is their business. Do all you dips drink? Smoke Cigarettes? Well, some companies are even checking for that for so they can charge you more for health insurance. It is just another way to have big brother in our lives. Smoking on the job, no. Smoking in your free time doesn't interfere with your job performance. Today it's drugs, tomorrow it's drinking, cigarettes, etc. The companies just get a break on their workman's comp policies, that's all. Get real, all you holier than thou people!

first of all, i am going to sound like a dork, but you should not smoke at all...it is against the law, bad for you, and it is a drug, which is probably the reason why someone is giving you a test! You deserve to fail, because you did the drug! If you want to pass, don't do drugs! sorry

I've been DOT certified to obtain drug screens for 12 years. I've actually not seen one product out there that claims to allow you pass a test work. On average, it takes at least 72 hours for your body to clear most chemicals. Might want to think about what you're doing next time.

If it had been a while from the last time you smoked then it should be clean by sunday if you drink a butt load of water until then. Try drinking about a gallon a day.

First if you know that you are bound to get drug tested, Why do it?
Are you caving in to pressure, maybe? You shouldnt do things because others pressure you2 but any way Just drink a lot of water and cranberry juice. And If you dont actually do it often its most likely that it wont show.

Calm down. Drink water. Not coke or coffee or soda.....water. As much as you can stand. It probably won't hurt to work out after work, get some intense exercise and then....drink more water. That is all you can do.
Your THC level should not be very high if you are not a regular smoker. Drink a little more water and relax.

There is a natural herb that you can buy at drug stores...the name is escaping me, though! It takes care of pot in the system. When you take it you get warm all over as it works on "cleaning" it out.

You need to wake up. This is what happens when you do ILLEGAL DRUGS! Just think how you would of felt if you didn't do any drugs. You would probably be looking forward to peeing in a cup knowing that they are not going to find anything. All I have to say is that someone else will enjoy your job!
