in islam, the antichrist is described as having one eye, being short, crooked legs, having wild hair, and is able to do things people call magic.
oh, yeah, the antichrist knows that he is the antichrist and is willing to do practically anything to stray humans of the right path. if you don't have these characteristics, you are okay. lol

God isn't real. Religion is a belief, not a certain thing. It was created to make people feel like they have something, someone to "watch over them" and protect them. God is a rediculously good fantasy, but honey what has he ever done for YOU?
