I can feel one wisdom tooth beginning to erupt in my upper left quarter, and began to wonder if it could be a solution to another problem - its neighbor molar. This molar has had a huge cavity, 2 botched fillings, a root canal, and was left without a cap due to abrupt financial reasons. This is a troublesome tooth.. and I'm wondering if it's possible to remove it, and replace it with the erupting wisdom tooth. Sure would be convenient..

ask your dentist if this tooth could erupt into the space of the molar you are having trouble with- usually wisdom teeth do not have suficient root structure to move very far with braces. a tooth transplant sounds like a great idea but at this stage is really complicated and success unlikely but asking never hurt nobody.

properly, all know-how tooth are molars yet all molars are not any more know-how tooth. A molar is a tooth with 4 factors on it that stay on the again of the mouth. maximum folk have 2 top and a couple of decrease ones on both aspect. one better set of molars on the again are nicknamed "know-how tooth".

no you cant replce it with it but getting it pulled would let the wisdom tooth grow in better, and it will fill part of its space, but it wont take over the whole space there will be a gap still, size depending on the size of wisdom tooth that comes in!
