Were any of the candles you burned scented? If so, you could get the wax out of the cup like someone else mentioned, buy one of those $5 candle warming small hot-plate type things at wal-mart, get an old glass container and put the wax in the container, set in on the warmer, and enjoy the scent again.

Put the cup in the freezer a couple of hours, remove and leave upside down on paper towel. Your "candle" should drop out. If you seriously would like to burn it, or just make a candle from it, go to a craft store and purchase candle wicks. Look for the ones that have a little metal plate that adheres to the bottom of the candle. When you are ready, use a metal kabob skewer (heated) to slowly work a hole for the wick thru the center of your piece. Be very careful to go slowly and do not force it as it can cause the wax to crack and will destroy your work of art.

No, candle making isn't usually this difficult. Normally you put the wick in the bottom of the container, pour your colored wax to the desired height and let harden. Repeat the process with as many layers and colors as desired. When completed, place in freezer for a short time to aid in removal. Hopefully this gave you some ideas for future cool stuff to make!
