they are using cadaver tendons and ligaments in my reconstruction of the ac joint, cant seem to find anything much online about this surgery. would welcome any comments anyone has on this.

by the way...the AC joint that I am refering to is in my shoulder! For some reason everyone thinks I mean the Knee.

i know a man that had the same surgery and it helped him somewhat. nothing to be really alarmed about. though it really hurts. sometimes surgery is the only hope. they will remove the kneecap and fix or repair all of the ligaments and tendons then replace the kneecap and put you in a cast for 2 weeks then put you in a leg brace for 3 more weeks then finally a cheap brace for another2 weeks then finally no brace at all,
