I would pay no more than $100. I was shocked when I went to a large city and a haircut and highlights cost me nearly $300

im just getting a friend whos really good at cutting hair and i'll just buy a highlight thingy and well highlight myhair..so it wouldnt cost much...but if i wer 2 i woupldnt pay over $35 just for that haircut or highlight. maybe even not more than $25!

I pay $85 for my hairdresser to cut highlight and style. That jus bc we are friends. On a regular basis she would charge $125 for all that.

haircut is about 45.00 (artistic designer)
highlights are 95.00 (not including haircut)
