the main thing to do is get diagnosed with it first. my husband has it and it can get pretty bad. he seems to be crawling out of his skin . you get real nervous, can't sleep, can't eat and you get claustraphobia. tell your doctor about how you are feeling because it may be something else going on in your body also. if it gets real bad there is very good medicines for this.

its different for everyone but for me it feels like the end result of being scared at the movies all the time.

You worry all the time about a wide variety of things. You worry so much it effects the way that you live your life.

It feels like everyone is looking at you and judging you. You can hardly breathe because of hyper ventilating. It feels like you are having a heart attack, because your heart is racing. You just want to cry all the time. You are angry because you don't know what is happening and you feel stupid because you don't know how to stop it

like your being choked, a tightening in your throat, your stomach feels like your going to throw up, or you can't eat, you feel like everyone is judging you, and if you are in a room of people you think everyone is looking at you and thinking things about you
