Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups Whipping Cream
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
4 Tbsp Butter
Directions:
Over low heat, melt butter in a non-stick skillet. Stir in whipping cream and blend well. Add parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens. Do not boil. Thicken sauce with more cheese, or thin with more cream. The alfredo sauce should generally be creamy.
Boil your favorite pasta and drain. Blend in enough sauce to make well coated. Then add your favorite seafood or combination of seafood to create a excellent dish that will be well received. Alfredo sauce is known for it's creamy texture and mild delicious flavor.

This is one of my favorites!
For alfredo, you basically need a pint of heavy cream, a cup of butter, and a cup of parmesan cheese or so, plus salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
Start with the cream and butter on medium heat. Stir constantly until melted. Add cheese a quarter cup at a time or so, so you can make it weaker or stronger to suit your taste. (A whisk helps). Keep stirring. Add spices to taste. After 10 minutes or so at low heat, stirring constantly, check the consistency of the sauce, if it is too runny, add a tsp. of flour and stir. If still runny in another minute or two, add a little more flour. If you end up making it too thick, add some milk.
Basically, it's 15 minutes and it's done.

I do this easy version. Heat a cup of heavy cream in a saucepan and add a stick of butter to melt. In a bowl, lightly beat an egg, then whisk in a little of the hot cream mixture to bring the egg to a warmer temperature. Then add the egg mixture to the saucepan. Cook on low heat and stir until it thickens a little. Add some parmesan - I use about 1/4 cup or a good handful for that amount. Viola!

its actually not hard to make. First melt 2 sticks butter into a frying pan (nonstick). Then add about 3 tablespoons of flour, use a whisk to stir the flour into the butter. Add about 2 cups of milk or heavy cream, either will work. let this heat up until it becomes thick. add fresh grated parm cheese. you have to use fresh parm, just buy a chunk and grate it yourself, the cans of grated will not melt properly. Look on food network's website. I think Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals should have a recipe in the achives

I start with about a table spoon of butter in a sauce pan, then i add a table spoon of flour and cook that for about a minute. Next I add milk, slowly, until it looks like a thin sauce. Then i add lots of Parmesan cheese and black pepper and fresh garlic. Let it cook on low for a minute for the flavors to melt together. its quick and easy, so that's why i do it this way.

Well if you don't want to go through all the trouble of making it out of scratch but still the wonderful taste. I recommend McCormick Creamy Garlic Alfredo, it's good you follow the ingredients in the back(only 3) and your done. It's fast and tastes as if you spent all day doing it :)
