Im from the UK and i think parts of americas accents are nice although slow...they make me want to finish their sentence for them....no i dont find them harsh at all....sometimes they can be a bit loud though.

Hard to generalize...It wasnt hard for me to get used to the different accents in the US, but it took some time.I think it goes the same for any language.
German does sound harsh to the ear though !

yes but I dont. I live in the UK and I love the southern accent. Not my english accent.

I find it too nasal, and much less elegant than the standard British accent.

no, just funny. The german accent is harsh as is the south african.

yes we do i can barely understand want people say but mabye since i do have a kenyan accent they don't get what i say
