Well, you can get rid of the problem completely - after having a one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax and letting your discs some time to regenerate. It really seems to work.
Just - the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It worth even a long journey! :-)

I have 2 in my back. Its when your muscles between your discs get small enough to where your discs begin to touch and when they do it hurts like crazy. I took medicine for the pain until I went to see the chiropratic and he has me doing exercise each day and my back has not been hurting as much as it was and I hardley take my medicine any longer. I hope this helps.
