You could make a white sauce with the mil and garlic and add the cheese, and then if you have pasta you could add that. Bread on the side, yoghurt for pudding.

slice the bread in half (so you have two triangles) and spread the slices around a loaf tin (save a slice or two though). pour a tiny bit of milk (not too much though, you don't want it too runny), some yoghurt and some pressed garlic into a jug and mix (if you have any salt, pepper, basil or oregano add them). pour this over the bread. pop into the oven and bake until golden. sprinkle over some of the cheese (and if you have any basil and black pepper) and cook til it melts. used the saved bread for dipping in :o)

you could do garlic bred with melted cheese on, and a nice glass of milk and for pudding some yoghurt

if you have butter you could spread garlic butter on the bread, sprinkle with cheese, then set under the broiler for a minute.
