Yes, even if your found not guilty or prove the charge false and/or malicious it is still on your record. Some states allow for a misdermenor charge to be expunged but the expungement still shows on the record only the name of offense is deleted.

The question really has already been answered but i got a pocket full of change I'm willing to give. PLEADING GUILTY or NOT GUILTY does not "show up" on a record unless you dig into the file. If you check the NCIC database it won't show your pleading but it will show the outcome of the charge. However, it may show if it was guilty to a deferred sentence because there is a time period until the charge is completely removed.

yes. If you are found guilty and convicted for the exact same crime you plead not guilty to.

if you are found not guilty it will show up on yur record. if you plead not guilty you will have to wait until for the verdict.

It will not show up in a criminal background check for a job or something , as long as you were found not guilty.

If you are found guilty after the trial then yes if you are found guilty then no you are free and clear!
