Tires should wear evenly as long as they are
rotated, balanced and aligned.
If any of these things are off the result could
be abnormal wear, like inside/outside wearing
on tires.

No this is not normal on a properly aligned car. You have a toed-out condition which is pretty common after a few miles on the car. Think of the tires as being completely parallel and then aim each one outward a couple of degrees. Then you can see why the tires wear on the inside.

no this should not be normal probaly means you may need front suspension work alignment, tire rotated and if they are really bad then tires replaced because belts and cord could slip and blow out

That's right - if you routinely rotate your tires (every other oil change), then you should see evenly worn tread.

No, it is not. Have your vehicle inspected by a qualified technician to determine the source of uneven wear. Most likely it is misalignment .
