OK ---They suck because there like wal-mart and you buy cheep and high priced junk and it brakes and wal-marts and radio shack bringss in mexacins -------------no afence to anyone e-mail me back

Because you see that same item at Wal-mart for a fraction of the cost and it is too late for you to exchange the one you bought from Radio Shack.

Because they increase the price too much and the salespeople don't know what they are talking about (well, most of them anyway) I bought speakers (for my friend's band) that costed like $150 each radioshack was selling the exact same model for $500... the only difference? It had a radioshack logo on the front and lacked a warrenty!

I had a friend who worked for them. They are under the gun to meet sales quotas. All retail is brutal with companies having to answer to stockholders who expect increases in profit no matter how slow the economy is, but electronic retail takes the cake because of the intense competition. Have compasion for the poor guy behind the register, and address any complaints to the company.

Radio shack is not bad at all , depends if you are buying quality or low quality stuff. This can happen at any store.

Because they charge too much for poor quality. Why would I want to pay a premium for items I can get cheaper at Best Buy, Target, and Wal-Mart?

Because sales people get commission on the items they sell so they will act under-handed just to make money (i.e. our Verizon share plan, they signed all three of us up for primary lines = more commission for greedy salesman).

because they want to make commision really bad and they will sell u as much usless crap as they can to make a easey buck almost all the stuff i get from there comes back defected. or its junk. go somwere else for your electronics needs.
