In general I don't know. I once dyed my hair blonde, my brain exploded(joking dudes). Actually I had just as much fun whatever my hair colour. I have more fun when my hair is braided! I notice more brunettes whenever I go out so either the blondes are all boring or they are having fun at home. ;)
I looked a bit funny with blonde hair because I'd never even lightened it before and I am quite dark, I would recommend brunettes dying their eyebrows too if they want to go blonde!

Definately "BLONDES!!!" I have been both, and when I was a brunette (dye-colored-brunette) I got the strangest looks from people that knew me, and were too polite to tell me to go back to my natural color. Which is "Strawberry Blonde" NOT-Red!! I am visibly very blonde, with strawberry blonde underneath my hair! And get alot of compliments, on the unique natural color blends!

I think it depends on what kind of fun people like. Some people might think that going to the library is fun.
Anyway, most of the people in the UK aren't really blonde, they just dye it, because usually the have dark blonde, which is basically brunnette, or they have brown or red hair.
For the record, I'm brunnette mostly, although I have natural streaks of red and dark blonde.

I have just turned back blonde after 12 months of being boring brown and I can hand on heart say that blonde is where it's at, without a shadow of a doubt!

i am a natural blonde, but i have dyed my hair different colours and i hated it when i went brunette.
saying that it was fun being a redhead for a bit.
