I need help..how do I stop looking at internet porn i know its a sin..pls help?

Buy cyberpatrol and put it on your computer.

Move your computer to a public place so that anyone walking by can see the sreen.

Don't use the computer at all if you are the only one awake in your house or you are home alone.

Internet porn can be addicting.
It also can ruin you sex life because with Internet porn comes the M word (I know, I know all men do it) but it can interfere with the real thing.

I have met men that have become addicted to porn. I was one of them. You can not really kick the habit if the habit is constantly in front of you.

Look at it this way, an alcoholic stops drinking by not having the alcohol at hands length. He/she doesn't have it in their house.

Internet porn is the same, you purchase a $1000 computer, get the Internet .... just to look at porn. Use your computer for the uses its intended for and not porn or just turn off your Internet.

Get involved with a men's group, with others that have similar addictions (strange as it sounds ... they are out there). You need to look at it will never go away but occupying your time with other activities will curb the urge.

Sin? That's a matter of opinion. If it brings you pleasure and it's not making you think about hurting anyone else... then where's the harm. The thing it really does do is make one have a lower regard for girls/women, men/boys and even (yuk) animals. Humans are animals but we strive to be civilized.
The Internet has so much "other" stuff out there to educate and peak ones interest. Find something that interest you and follow through with it. Good Luck!!

You may or may not realize it but the demons of lust make it so difficult. Every time you feal the urge to look at more rebuke the demons. It is often much more difficult than that. It is like getting rid of drugs. Maybe you can also try going on a camping trip for a long time where there is no enternet. Pray alot.

Find something else to do everytime you feel like looking at porn. Buy a good, clean novel and read that instead, or get an addictive video game, LOL.
Better yet, sware to yourself that everytime you feel like looking at porn you'll pray or read the Bible untill you forget about it. Then you'll have changed a bad habit for a good one.
