Depends on the country you wish to visit. Many either do not require a visa, or issue the visa upon arrival. Of course this is for tourism. Work visas are different. A good travel reference is Fodors Tour Books. They have a lot of useful info, including visa requirements. Also, look up the closest consolate for your country of choice. Have a nice trip.

Depend on the country you are visiting.For example if you go to France you don't and you are an American citizen then you don't need a visa but if you go to Swiss then you have to get a visa for that country yes Swiss is in Europe but you still need a visa cause this happen to me when i was in France and i wanted to visit Swiss good luck

Where are you from you need to be more specific, americans don't need visas to go to europe that's all I can tell you.

check with your local conciliate. They will have all the infromation that you need. I would just type in your city into a yahoo search and then when your city comes up click on businesses in that city and then enter the word "concitiate".
