Well I have been told by doctors that 10 minutes is a normal time frame,,,although I have known it to last much longer. Remember though that movies are just that---fake. So don't base your ability on that. However you do have a problem. It is call premature ejaculation. You need to go toe doctor and they will teach you methods on how to improve. Fore real..But you have to really practice and do what they say to do and mentally focus on it or you will not get any better. Good luck
ps. I have noticed that guys on drugs or alchol last the longest. plus ones that have sex often will be up the stamina. Don't do drugs or drink--that is not the solution.

hahahaha good job man. Im just kidding. In movies they probably stop and rest and do another take the next day. The director or whoever does the editing just adds the takes together so it lasts longer. That's how they probably do it for a long time and you only do it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Practice, practice, practice...remember that you must please her before you discharge. Or she won't really be happy. Don't rate yourself among pron stars. They are paid for what they do. It isn't love. It is better for a man to only last 3 mins, with lots of before play, than to abuse it and make it a unloving experience. Besides it wouldn't suprise me if porn stars have steel rods going up their you know what. People just don't look like that in real life.

You just dont get it anough. There are times when I can last 30 mins and times where I can only last 5 mins. You also need to learn some control. You will after alittle practice.

That is why I disagree with porn. It makes the average man feel inferior until you realise that the movie is made in some cases over a couple of days. It might be several sessions made into one............
