I have filed Chapter 7 on 2003. I have the Discharge from the court. Since then I have been doing perfectly with my credit. I have a car, JCPenney card, and a few thing that I paid off and never been late. I bought a house 2 months ago, now I'm trying to buy an ATV for my husband and applied for it, well, they said NO to me. Why is so hard to get financed on that? What I can do to have it financed? Need advices and help. Where I can go to apply and get approved. My credit score is between 585 and 612. HELP!!!

Buy a used ATV and take out a personal loan from the bank to pay for it. New ATVs are alot of $$. You can find used ones that are pretty much brand new for alot less.

This is because ATV's or motorcycles are toys and not necessities.Thats why its difficult to get financed. Its the same thing that happened to me.
