He was hangin 1 foot off the ground from a rope and there were no chairs or anything for him to stand on. The only thing in the room was a puddle of water below his feet. How did he die?

He got somehow locked in the room with a frozen block of ice and a rope. Wanting to commit suicide, he stood on the ice and hung the rope over the bars on the ceiling. He jumped off th ice with the rope around is neck and died.

Whatever he was hanging from, lets say pipes, he obviously tied the rope around his neck before hand, jumped up and grabbed the pipes, held on with one hand, while using the other hand to tie the loop, and then he let go. Once dead, his body relieved itself of its fluids, which is perfectly normal.
