What are you to do when your torn between two women?
One is an extremely attractive 19 year old blone who for now is a purely sexual attraction ONLY because she is young and not ready for any sort of commitment. I could see myself being with her if she was willing. We have known each other for 4-5 years now and she always had a crush on me when she was younger and was finally able to act on it when I got divorced. She is fun, attractive, has feelings for me and is great in bed but she's still young. The other is not as attactive but beautiful in my eyes. We dated when we were in junior high and a little of high school. We were very much in love at the time but it didn't work out. We live in the same town so ran into each other from time to time and still share alot of friends. She was invited to a concert by someone else I was meeting there and we hit it off again. She is 23 and far more mature than the 19 year old. She is down to earth and we have alot in common. What do I do.

It is never good to base a relationship purely on sex or sexual attraction and it sounds like you already know that. The twenty three year old seems ready, go for it. If you have to wait for someone you aren't even sure is ready for what you are ready then its not worth it.
Sidebar - I've never believed there is a single true love for everyone in the world. There are many people you can fall in love with and be perfectly happy. Getting married isn't stating you found "the one". It simply means you agree that you love this person so much you are gonna stick with them no matter what. Even when/if you find someone else you could love just as much. So its fine to "love" either woman in some fashion, but the one who is ready for what you have to offer is your better choice. Looks aren't everything, I know you've heard that before.

It seems you have answered your question. If you are ready for a commitment and the 19 year old is not, it will not work out. If you are in the relationship to just have fun then she would probably be the one for you at this time, but you shouldn't lead her on. The 23 year old seems to be at the same place you are in life now.

Well, you say the 19 year old is not ready to commit, but you are divorced. The 23 year old has history, and is more mature, but forst you have to look at it this way, are you ready to settle down again, or are you just looking for fun. Is the 23 year ready to settle down? Either way you need to find a medium in both relationships, meaning: find out what you want out of both relationships and make sure that the other person feels the same way. If they don't, there's your answer, It may be both, it may be niether, but you need to find that out first...

From your question it seems like you already want the 23 year old because of the history the two of you have, but seems your still having fun with the 19 year old. Just remember with maturity comes change.

YOU NEED TO FIND OUT WHAT THE ELDEST WOMAN'S INTENTIONS ARE. think wise young and sex she may be holding you back if seeing her does not let you know the other lady completely one at a time both ladies deserve to be the only one get to know them as people sex is not all
